i can't access my proxmox from ssh or gui

Hi friends, can anyone help me solve my proxmox problem? Because my proxmox cannot be accessed from ssh or gui, I think I can only access it via console monitor at this time.

192.168.100.2 is the default IP address if the Proxmox installer cannot detect your network via DHCP. It is typically wrong for your local network and won't work. It's a common mistaken and there are lots of threads about this on this forum. What is the output of cat /etc/network/interfaces and ip a? Reserve a static IP address for Proxmox in your router and use that for Proxmox.
