HP 800 G3 SFF SR-IOV how to check

I have HP 800 G3 SFF. How can I check/enable sr-iov?
My NIC have SR-IOV and is enabled (I got it in device features /sys/class/net/<name of your NIC>/device/sriov_numvfs) . When I echo it doesn't create NIC.

normally it's enabled in the bios, but not all mainboards do have that functionality
