i'm a newbie to Proxmox, sorry if this is a dump question

My Proxmox server is installed in a Tiny PC, i5 6Gen CPU, VGA onboard is intel chipset 530, obviously no room to install PCI VGA card,

My goal is install a Win10 VM that can run Roblox in it, but I found the General VGA is very laggy

how to pass through the onboard VGA to this VM (Win10) ????

i think my motherboard support this .... Intel VT-d, as I was successfully installed Proxmox and created Win10 VM
Careful, don't mix it up with VT-x, which is the feature that enables hardware-accelerated VMs in general ;)

what i have is just this in BIOS, already enable intel VT

If it is just called "Intel VT" I think VT-x is meant, so I think your board does not support VT-d. So PCIe passthrough will not be possible, I'm afraid.
