How to use external storage clients in hyper-converged PVE/CEPH environment?

Hi folks,

We're experimenting with PVE/CEPH in the lab, to see if it could handle our production environment (all discrete servers that we'll virtualize). The PVE/CEPH cluster is running fine on three nodes, but we have two external OracleDB servers (cluster) that we won't virtualize right away.
Is there a way for the PVE/CEPH clusters to provide HA block storage to the Oracle servers, so we don't need to have another storage server in the environment?

Thanks.

You can create a RBD (rados block device) and use that on any client you give access to, as long as it supports accessing a RBD.
