How to upgrade subscription from 1 to 2 CPU

I bought a 1 CPU Subscription and could not get it activated. Upon digging, I am beginning to think I should have purchased 2 CPU Subscription. How can I upgrade and pay the difference?

Processors: 2x (2.90 GHz) 24-Core Intel Xeon Platinum 8268 Processors

But yes, if your server has two sockets populated with the mentioned Xeon, you will need a 2 CPUs subscription.
