How to transfer Proxmox virtual machines from proxmox ve 3.3 to proxmox v4 ? Can I do through VZ DUMP Backup and also the new server where virtual machines will be transfered has one storage with SSD drives and one with 2x2TB Raid 1 Drives, how I can tell the backup to not be restored in ssd but in this raid 1 drives.

I dont have OPENVZ Containers...only KVM I just need to know if with VZDUMP KVM Containers will restore in promox v4 without any problem ?
I can't say that it'll always work, but it worked in the cases I tried and why shouldn't it? They changed only OpenVZ to LXC - QEMU is still the same.
If you have file-backed VMs, then you can simple copy the VM files and their corresponding vm.conf files.
