How to setup GRE Tunnel or Wireguard for my bridge?

hello everyone,
I want some ip for my proxmox, since my provider charge heft free for ip, I want to setup GRE Tunnel or Wireguard,

I wanted to know how to set them in proxmox, I dont know how to do GRE tunnel or Wireguard, so any help is appreicated!
