How to resize Root Partion of Proxmox VE

Hi,

After my Proxmox Installation my root partion was 100 GB big. I think this is to much ;). How can I resize the partion without destroy my root system.

in principle, yes. but you will be MUCH faster if you reinstall with the wanted size of the root partition.

100 GB for root:
you can use this for LVM snapshots (backpups with vzdump).
