depends on your specific case. You do not specify anything, but if e.g. locked out yourself but still have SSH access: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#pveum_tfa_lockout

If you have web UI access and want to remove it for another user, you can also do it there.
