I am currently running Proxmox VE 6.0, recently i took a snapshot of one of my VM (107). The snapshot failed for some reason. The vm became locked and i can't unlocked it.

I deleted /etc/pve/qemu-server/107.conf file and it disappeared from my dashboard but i can still see vm-107-disk-0 inside my vmdata disk.

How can i restore or recover this VM (107) without creating a new one or do i need to delete the disk-0 and all snapshots from my vmdata disk and then create a new VM from scratch ?

You need to re-create the 107.conf and run a 'qm rescan' to get the disks from the old VM added (needs the same ID).
