How to properly map full USB port to client? (Windows10)

I added a Windows 10 VM to my PVE and it's running like a charm.

Now I want to pass through USB to Windows 10.

My host system has 4 USB slots. My question is: How to add the whole USB thingy to my client machine instead just one USB disk that is currently connected?

This only loops through the actually connected USB disk, it does not "connect" the whole USB host to the guest machine.
