How to pickup rules changes

I have, for example, a rule that blocks email to certain addresses, based on a Who list. However, when I add someone to the Who list, it seems like it takes Proxmox awhile to pickup that change. Is there a command I can run to "recycle" the rules engine?

Could you share the logs of such a transaction?

Nevermind - it seems to be working - I think I was having other issues.
