How to move servers into Proxmox as VMs?

I have a Windows Server 2008 with applications installed.
On this server there is also a Virtual Machine with Windows 7.
How do I move the VM to a Proxmox server and virtualize the Windows Server to move this to Proxmox too?

You can export the virtual win7 machine and import it into proxmox.

For the 2008 server you could pass through the whole disk to kvm.

Or you can also convert and import the disk with "qm"

Make sure to install qemu-agent and virtio drivers in windows for better performance.
