How to make the nodes which has been separated from the cluster back into that cluster again

I used to get a damage in one node ,so I have to separated out from the cluster.
And now I have allready fixed the damage and I want to make this node back into the cluster.
But I get a problem in that,
at first I noticed that at the web gui this node has not been removed but when I see the ssh shellfrom other node(which is still in the cluster) I noticed that it was gone
then I use the command to force the node to join the cluster,but it doesn't work.
I checked the pvecm status it shows me

then I try to restart pve-cluster, it send some error(fail to start)
