How to login to proxmox?

Installed Proxmox 7.4.1 but cannot login with firefox web browser
Windows IP config is IPv4 Address 192.168.1.89
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway 192.168.1.254 with the same numbers for IPv4 DHCP and DNS
Proxmox default install IPv4 Address 192.168.1.89
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.254
My BT Hub/Router IP Gateway 192.168.1.254
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
DHCP Network Range 192.168.1.64 to 192.168.1.253

I cannot ping any numbers in the range 192.168.1.65 to192.168.1.100 so I am assuming there is something wrong with the Proxmox settings.
Can anyone help please

Yes it would appear so. Windows IP was provided with "ipconfig" and Proxmox was the default IP address when installed. It's the last 2 digits in Proxmox that appears to be wrong but as I have said I have tried from 65 to 100 and all are wrong. Tried "ping" all the the digits between 65 and 100 with result of "Destination host unreachable"

Can anyone please assist me. I do not have the time to study networking - all I need is to know what IPv4 address, subnet and Gateway numbers for Proxmox login
