How to create account for general user?

User can get daily spam mail report from proxmox system, and they can click the link to open proxmox login page, but I don't help them create accounts in proxmox system.

They hope they can retrieve spam mail by themselves from proxmox.
I don't know how to do that? if I create local account from proxmox for each user, and role with Quarantine Manager, each local account still can see others spam email, I hope they can only see themself spam mail.

regular users can click on the link in the spam-report (it contains temporary valid login credentials) - then manage their own quarantine

That should work for your use case?

I am sorry when I post this question, I didn't get any spam mail, but now, I got notification email, and I can retrieve email by myself.
