How to let user block email domain or email address by themselves?

Hello:

Our user's outlook gets spam email from email server, I think proxmox didn't block that email, how to add this email domain or email address on proxmox mail gateway?
If the user doesn't have an account to login proxmox?

I am root on proxmox so that I can do any configuration I need, but our user doesn't have account on proxmox, they can' login promox.

Don't think PMG allow users to create user's whitelist/backlist.

Regular users can access their User Black & Whitelist via the quarantine interface
to reach their quarantine interface they can either:
* use a LDAP login (if configured)
* click on the link in a spamreport (which gets sent out if they have a mail in their quarantine)
