How to install proxmox from debian

Ok so I am running debian 5. I want to install proxmox. Will it be possible to install proxmox without booting up a CD and installing? I mean can I just type (for example) "apt-get install proxmox", and it will automatically do it for me, so then I just reboot and proxmox will run
