How to export search/query from Tracking Center as report?

I don't quite understand the question - what would you like to have?
you can run pmg-log-tracker with appropriate options and would get the results in a processable way on the command-line

Run below script give the below result. How do I convert the time and status same as I see in the tracking center?
pmg-log-tracker -v -s '2020-08-01 00:00:00' -e '2020-08-07 00:00:00' -n -g -t xxx@xxx.com
