How to emulate a soundcard on a VM with proxmox 5-4-10

Hello,

I have an issue : i don't know how to add a soundcard on a VM with proxmox 5-4-10.
I use a XEON D 1531 1 CPU 6c/12 threads 32go DDR4 2x250SSD on a remote dedicated server.

I will install windows 7 on this VM in order to use the right application for streaming and i need the sound.

How do you access your Win7 VM, with rdp? If yes, this is just a rdp client setting.

Hello, i don't have commercial subscription but i will probably take a serious one later. I just need this problem solve only this.I'm just a beginner with proxmox and you see i already spent a full training on version 4 online.My budget is not big and i am not a registered entreprise yet.
