[TUTORIAL] How to Duplicate a Cluster

I have a Cluster with 5 nodes in Proxmox VE 6.2 --- 5 HP Servers
I want to create a new cluser with Proxmox VE 7.1 -- 3 Lenovo Server
To move my 30 VMs from the old Cluster to the new one

Just use ProxmoxBackupServer to Backup on the old and restore on the new cluster.... (offline)
Or else shutdown VM, backup to shared network storage and restore on the new cluster....
