How to downgrade from 1.8 to 1.7 remotely?

I have installed 1.8 and now i have troubles with e1000e driver. Network speed is about 10 mbit/s.

As I see this bug is only in kernel 2.6.18-5-pve
2.6.32-4-pve - OK
2.6.18-4-pve - OK

How can I can downgrade to 2.6.18-4-pve ?
