How to disable the upload for proxmox GUI server?

Nowadays, hacking or ransomware are happening more. Very often we hear ransomware news from Industry people and news.
One of the easy way to secure the server is to make the file upload off. ==> I follow this religiously for all my servers.

In php.ini, We do this way. file_uploads = Off

I want to do the same thing in Promox GUI for more security purpose.

Anyone has done ?
How to do this, please guide.
 
there is no toggle to disable uploads, but as it is now, only container templates & isos can be uploaded and that needs 'Datastore.AllocateTemplate' privileges on the storage, so if you don't give that privilege to users, they
cannot upload isos & container templates
