How to disable SLAAC to all VM's from cloudinit or not

Hi guys, was wondering if there a way to disable SLAAC by default for a whole Proxmox node or to all VM's.

I am using cloudinit to configure the network but seems like if I put the rule to disable the SLAAC in the cloud init the VM's do not configure properly and I get it configured with minimum resources.
