How to deploying VM guest and clustered hardware

Hi everybody,

I want use Proxmox as a broadcast VM guests on my network for 10 machines.

I would like know how to do this :

Server Proxmox1.5

and

I would to know how to clustered hardware of thoses machines guest.

PS: in normal time i use Centos with Xen-kernel and cobbler to deploy my Os and VM
