how to create packages for clients?

Hi, This is a very simple and dumb question, but I just couldn't find the answer to it. I've looked around everywhere in proxmox but couldn't find anyway to define a package that would be used to create VMs for the clients. By package, I mean amount of RAM, HDD etc to be allocated to certain VM. Where can I find it ?

Best to get a billing panel that supports proxmox whmcs, hostbill, are a few then you can look at some modules that support it http://www.modulesgarden.com/ has a nice module for proxmox just not sure if it works with the latest version.
