How to create NFS share on Proxmox 2.1 ?

hi guys, i'm hersdyanata from indonesia. i'm trying to create NFS Share storage so i can migrate any vm without downtime anymore. but i can't find on any article on internet:confused:
I didn't find a tutorial that discusses in detail about how to create it. they're just writing article when they're create it via web user interface.

so please anybody, teach me how to create it start from scratch?:(
