How to create a RAW partition on VM

Good afternoon everyone, please tell me how can I create a raw disk in Windows VM for testing?

Hi,
you can easily add a new disk via the WebUI by clicking on your VM in the datacenter, go to the hardware tab and click 'Add->hard disk' in the top bar.

My task is to test a damaged hard drive with a RAW type. Since there are important data there, I would like to experiment on a virtual machine by creating a disk with the same type.
