how to connect to proxmox with web (internet)

hello i am total new to proxmox and i am using it for learning purpose.
so i have a spare pc so i install proxmox in it but the problem is that my pc lan port is broken so i am using my smartphone to give internet to it through usb internet sharing.
i dont have static ip at my home.
my phone is connect to my home wifi.
home wifi dont have static ip

i was try to make vpn on aws and then connect my smartphone to that vpn and connect it to proxmox to type that vpn public ip and try connecting it with browser but no luck ;[

help
 
I think you will not succeed in getting anything useful to happen.

What I suggest is to add a new network card. They can be obtained for almost nothing from ebay etc.
If you go for known-brand products (and even if you don't) then with any luck Debian/Proxmox will recognise the device and it will just work, although you will need to either re-install or just issue the command "ip link" to see the name of the new device and change the /etc/network/interface file as required for the new ethernet interface name.

so it has nothing to do with static ip ?
should i just buy lan card and install it in my ?
