[SOLVED] How to config proxmox network with two NIC and different Gateway

Hi, I added two network cards to a computer, each of these networks has a different gateway

Fisrt IP and Gateway: 172.16.100.167/24 ------- 172.16.100.1

Second IP and Gateway: 172.16.16.100/24 ------- 172.16.16.1


How do I configure the proxmox network so that fisrt Gateway (172.16.100.1) uses the first network card and second Gateway (172.16.16.1) uses the second network card?

Usually there can only be one default gateway which is used if there is no other, more fitting route to be found.

What do you want to achieve with two gateways? Redundancy regarding connecting to the internet via two different uplinks?

I connect one of them to the modem (NGN), and other one will be conect to local network

If I understand your situation correctly, you don't need a gateway configured in the local network as the PVE server and IIUC the VOIP VM will have a network configured in the 172.16.100.1 network, and therefore also a route to that network. You can check it, for example with ip route on the CLI. For any network that they are not connected to directly and don't have a manual route setup, the default gateway will be used.
