How to: Clone server proxmox 3

I had a case like this:
SERVER 1
I have a server that I have installed proxmox 3. with 4 KVM with 2 card networks they are.


SERVER 2
Empty CPU not installed


TERMS
SERVER 1 and Server 2 has the same hardware specs.


QUESTION
How do I make the clone server 1 to server 2?


I have tried:
I did clone with Clonezilla, with the result the server can boot and lit, but could not detect the presence of the card networks they are, but when I "ifup eth0" is not an error. and when I typed "ifconfig eth0" writing error messages.


Anyone know the solution?

Why do you want to clone it? only takes 5 minutes to install

This is essentially helpful for me, as I do not have the option to install a RAID card, and will not install Software RAID because it is unsupported.
I have a blade system with 3 disk per blade. How can I clone one disk to the other on a live system? Something that is either real time or will clone every 4 hours. All my VM storage is over NFS, so the only thing that really needs cloning is the conf files and such

Ah, is this about disaster recovery and getting the server restored to a configured state ASAP?

For me it is. I couldn't run standard rsync type tools because a lot of the files were in use and couldn't not be copied. However, I tried to do the complete system from /

On the cloned server check: /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
Because you have different mac-addresses for the NICs you may need to adjust that setup or maybe even delete the file and reboot. To check
if you really have operational NICs just issue "ifconfig -a" to see the list, they might have different naming ( eth2, 3..etc )
But an alternative idea would be to use the following setup and you can even achieve HA ( I have tested this and in the near future I will even run
