Hello,

I've installed Proxmox VE 1.3 and Windows XP as KVM guest.
The guest is not running.
I want to change the guest's ethernet device and go to "Virtual Machines" -> "Configure VM102" -> "Hardware" .

I can only delete and not modify the device. If I delete it, I don't can create it again.

What is the problem?
I want to change the ethernet network card in the windows xp guest from rtl8139 to virtio. That seemed impossibIe, but I can't believe it, that I must reinstall the whole guest. It's described in the wiki here:

But it don't worked:

Re: How to change network hardware in the guest? (OT: USB)

You can see a arrow near "Hardware device list for VM 102" Use it.
Fine, thank you very much!
An other question concerning this hardware arrow is the missing usb device.
It is supported by qemu/kvm, why here not?
