hello community,

First of all, I apologize for my English.

I would like to ask for your help in the following.

I have a cluster with 10 nodes and I am backing them up with proxmox backup server.

I recently purchased veeam backup and would like to backup my proxmox backup server.

What directories should I back up to be able to recover my proxmox backup server along with all its content in the event of a disaster?

thanks for everything.

You should recover
/etc/pve
/var/lib/pve-backup
/var/lib/vz
/var/lib/backup
You will have a complete copy of the Proxmox Backup Server's configuration, metadata, and backup data

/etc/pve
/var/lib/pve-backup
/var/lib/vz
/var/lib/backup
"/etc/pve" and "/var/lib/vz" are for PVE, not for PBS. On PBS that would be "/etc/proxmox-backup" and "/var/lib/proxmox-backup". And there is no "/var/lib/backup" and "/var/lib/pve-backup" on a default PBS.
Most important would be your datastore folders including all hidden files (like the .chunk folder) in it.
