How to assign the IP in SUSE Linux without login to the VM

Hi Team,

I have installed a SUSE Linux in a VM and I have installed the cloud-init as well,

But I could see that the IP, password, or anything related to the cloud-init is not changing even after I am changing in the cloud-init,

I request you to please help me with this issue, will the cloud-init work in the suse Linux??

first, best to watch a cloud-init video on youtube to fully understand this feature.
u can configure a dhcp ip reservation if u wanne independ of cloud-init.
