How to apply SDN changes from the CLI?

I am attempting to script some VXLAN creations and spinning up of VMs (on those newly created VXLANs) but I am not seeing any way to get the hosts to apply the network changes without going through the GUI (ifreload -a does not work for this). Anyone know if it's possible to refresh the SDN config through the command line?

currently cli is not impleted, but it's possible to do it with "pvesh" command

"pvesh set /cluster/sdn"
