How to activate quota?

Hello friends, I have a problem in cpanel quota, I can not activate, can you help me? Is it urgent...

i guess the storage is zfs (since that is the only storage we support subvolumes on)
as mentioned in the documentation (which is reachable via the 'help' button on the panel) quota is only possible on privileged containers on ext4 images
so not on zfs, and not for unprivileged containers
