How to access proxmox gui from LAN managed by OPNsense VM?

My server has 6 NICs. I passthrough 5 NICs to OPNsense VM and left 1 NIC(enp10s0) just for proxmox management, in case my firewall VM is unresponsive and my network is down. I tried making a Linux bridge to one of the NICs but get an error "bridge port does not exist". I assume it's because I passthrough it to the firewall VM.
How can I access proxmox management gui while connected through one of the OPNsense VM LAN ports? Also proxmox host can't connect to the internet.proxmox network1.png

Whats your LANs IP range?
If you want to access your PVE host from LAN it should have a NIC with a IP in your LANs IP range and your OPNsense LAN IP set as the gateway and DNS server.
Your hostz can't make use of any hardware that you passthrough, so all your PVE host got is that single NIC you didn't passthrough.

It's 192.168.2.1/24(enp6s0) for WLAN and 192.168.3.1/24(enp7s0) for LAN. Does this mean I can only access PVE from either LAN or WLAN but not both at the same time? I can't have two gateways, right?

Jup, only one gateway. You could manage PVE from LAN and WAN subnet, but then you would need 2 NICs (or use a single NIC with tagged VLAN and a managed switch capable of handling tagged VLANs) and give each NIC an IP of the WAN/LAN subnet with just a single gateway to your OPNsenses LAN IP on the LANs NIC.

But another question is why you want your LAN and WLAN in different subnets and not just the same subnet for both? Doesn't make much sense to me when clients connected via WLAN can't access clients connected via LAN. A IoT WLAN or guest WLAN is another thing, this makes sense, but then again IoT or guests don't need (and shouldn't have) access to your PVE management.
