How do you set CPU type in VMware Workstation for ProxMox VM (nested virtualization)?

I read here - https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Nested_Virtualization that you need to do the following for AMD:

• in case of AMD CPU: add also the following in the configuration file:

args: -cpu host,+svm

How do you apply this if the ProxMox VM is running on VMware Workstation? I haven't found anywhere to set flags in the GUI.

it says set the CPU type to "host", and in case you're using AMD also add +svm. i guess we can make it a little clearer
