I have a VM that is running on PVE, that I have lost all access too. The console will pop up but there is only a blank display, no mouse cursor, and doesn't respond to any input. I can't SSH into it. I tried shutdown, stop and reboot, but it continues to chug away, doing who knows what. It simply refuses to die. I don't want to bring down the entire server, because I have other VMs running. Any thoughts or ideas??? Thanks in advance!

drop to shell
identify the process of the VM by looking for KVM with that ID: ps -efww|grep [id]
kill -9 [processid]
