How do I turn off the scan email for spam level of 3.

Is it enough for me to remove the level 3 spam filter? in section 5.3. What-objects
But why isn't there level 4? what if I want to skip level 4 as well? or how to do that on 3 and 4 was marked spam but the letters to the recipient came. The documentation is not clear, there is very little information and no examples. Thanks

it is just the default what object, you can create/edit/delete them to your liking
