How do i switch off Quorum?

Hi,
I made cluster, but it wont start VMs unsless both servers are UP.
How can is disable the Quorum so it doesnt care if the other runs or not?

you might read https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#_corosync_external_vote_support and set up a "Corosync Quorum Device (QDevice)".

I have battled with this for several days, and finally my reinstalled host (for the third time) can be added to a cluster.
Well, after I figure out how to remove the old dead node.
