How do I remove "Couldn't find device with uuid"

I am new to Proxmox. After my 250 HD got full I added 1TB HD and extended existing LVM but after delete partition fdisk /dev/sdb (d , 1), It still shows on Disks ->LVM -> pve -> [unknown] (image-1). Also shows up on a terminal #pvs (image-2). I need to remove it.

should be possible with the lvm commands 'lvremove' 'vgremove' 'pvremove', please check the respective manpages for the exact syntax and caveats
