Proxmox IP address is fixed. The installer suggests an ip address but it's not always correct.
I think installer tries to use DHCP to get an available address, but this can fail (it won't let you know) and it suggests an address.
In any case it's up to you to confirm during installation the correct values (network interface, hostname, IP, gateway, DNS...)
First step is to identify which address it should be (any unused address in the network, preferably outside the DHCP scope)
Then either reinstall and supply the correct values, or edit the network interface (login on the console and use the command line).
