How do I enable webinterface and ssh fresh installation

I just freshly installed proxmox, I am unable to access web interface using

https :// proxmoxip:8006

how do I enable the services for it?

I am able to ping google

I am able also able to ping other network equipment in my subnet

but I cant ping the proxmox server!

how do i go about troubleshooting?
