What I gathered via online translation:
* Try enabling the firewall?
* else the PVE API only exposes the login path (and css,js,.. ) without authentication - so there should be no problem (as long as your password is secure)

this seems like private IPs
127.0.0.1 0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001
this is localhost

none of these is exposed on the internet (unless you have some kind of NAT active -and then you should add the rules to protect the IPs there)

apart from that activating the pve-firewall https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/chapter-pve-firewall.html should already restrict access to the web-interface and ssh quite well
