How can I create a CT with a downloaded .iso file?

Trying to create a container, but no iso file found?
I have downloaded the ZoneMinder.iso to /var/lib/vz/template/cache/ and also /var/lib/vz/template/iso/, however the Create CT GUI with Storage local, finds no Template?

I might have to create a VM, however I was preferring a CT.

The hypervisor has no Internet. This Desktop has Internet and I scp files over to the hypervisor.

from an ISO file you cannot create a container, so you will need to create a VM.

If you want to create a CT, go to the storage area, select templates and download the turnkey zoneminder template there. Then it will be available in the template section of create CT.

Or, create a VM using an ISO downloaded to the correct location.
