How can I backup ProxMox 4.4 before installing 5.0?

I'm currently running ProxMox v4.4 but I'd like to do a fresh install of ProxMox v5.0 beta. I'd like to backup my LXC container configurations and a few of the actual containers but most of them I will recreate.
 
Thanks! Can I also backup the networking configuration or any other settings from ProxMox?
