Hot swap disk

Hello!!
I want to replace my minipc (Intel N5105+16Gb RAM+ 2 SSD disks) for another one with similar specs (Intel N95/N100+16Gb). I would like to know if it is possible to do a hot swap disk, I mean, connect the disks from the old minipc in the new one.

Buy me both and I'll test it for you, but Proxmox and GNU/Linux is usually pretty forgiving when changing hardware (as in: the opposite of Windows).

That sounds more like a cold swap.
A hot swap would be you have similar disks on the new box and storage motion it over while it's running.
