In order to store a VM backup to another server. I have configured on my PVE to mount a shared directory on my Synology NAS using SMB protocol
Everything seems to be normal, but when I open Synology's syslog, I find that the PVE host is constantly accessing my SMB shared folder at a high frequency
Checked the program running in the PVE and found that no files are accessing the SMB shared directory (no running backups, no virtual machines using ISO images and disk images on the SMB shared directory, no containers running in the SMB directory)
Finally I looked at the system logs of the PVE host and there was no mention of the SMB connection (except for mounts on system boot)
