High RAM usage

Hi "Hypervizor guys"

We have a Proxmox VE 4 server with 2 virtual servers.
Server one is using 14.5GB RAM;
Server two is using 416MB RAM

The Hypervizor is using 26GB RAM.
What can i do to clear RAM that Proxmox using whitout a reboot?
Clearing cache does not very much with the RAM usage.

The hypervisor reserves the RAM of your system to be sure that the VM can allocate it when it needs it
